		Make a new file 100 x 100. Using the selection tool on the radial setting , make a circle. Now use the gradient tool and set the Type=Radial. Fill the circle from white to any dark color, by clicking on the top-left of the circle and dragging to the bottom right of the circle. I use white & black.
		Now press Ctrl + D. Make a smaller circle. Rotate it 180 degrees. (Edit > Transform > Rotate 180)
		Contract by 2 pixels ( Select > Modify > Contract ) Then rotate again, 180.
		If you want to change the color. Go to color balance.(Image > Adjust > Color Balance). Enter the settings.
