a new file, fill the background layer with texture
or medium color.
- Type
some text, using type mask tool
- Go
to Edit > Copy.

Now Edit > Paste.

layer 1.
- Go
to Layer > Effects > Inner shadow.
Apply with default settings.

to Image > Adjust > Brightness > Contrast.
- Enter
the settings.
