- Make
a new file 100 x 25.
- Make
a new layer & fill with black.

- Now
go to image canvas size.(Alt + I + S)
- Enter
110 in the width box.
- Click
on the left-middle square in the grid.
- Click
OK.
- Now
make a new layer.
- Now
select the black layer by holding the Ctrl key,
& click the black layer.
- Feather
the selection by 3 pixels.
Select > Feather

- Fill
the new layer with texture or any color.
- Select
the black layer & blur it by 4.
Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur
|

|
- Now
go to image canvas size.(Alt + I + S)
- Enter
1250 in the width box.
- Click
on the left-middle square in the grid.
- Click
OK
